Dubai/Rome, 8th July 2021 – The Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC) and RES4Africa have signed a letter of intent to foster their collaboration to promote clean energy technologies across the North Africa region.
CEBC and RES4Africa intend to jointly implement specific actions and activities considered fundamental for the development of renewable energies across North Africa. Recognising the importance of know-how transfer, knowledge-creation activities, joint research projects, training courses and capacity building actions will be organised and promoted in areas of common interest in the field of renewable energy. Both actors also intend to collaborate on a multilateral level, mobilising their expertise and resources, identifying possibilities of common interest and strengthening strategic dialogues both at the institutional level and with private stakeholders. This cooperation would serve members of both organizations and allow knowledge sharing across the region.
